The Group launched a commercial development project in China’s Changshu City, marking its first foray into the country.
The project, known as Platinum Galaxy Boulevard is located in the province of Jiangsu. Platinum Galaxy Boulevard will consist of 14 blocks of commercial units in phase one, with unique features and feng-shui elements. Our property development project is in
the heart of upcoming developments including Toyota’s and Foxconn Technology’s facilities, and the Changshu Government’s new
Administration Centre.
The Group’s long-term objective is to carry out a development project comprising of commercial hub denoted by shop houses, offices, small office: SOHO and unit apartments. Located about 100km north-west of Shanghai, the project is expected to commence in 2008 and completed within four years.
