| Mr Low Gee Soon |
|
Mr Low Gee Soon, aged 41, a Malaysian, graduated
in 1988 with a Diploma in Business and Management
Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney. He
was appointed as an Executive Director of the subsidiary
companies of AP Land Group on 25 June 1992.
He is primarily responsible for the executive management,
performance and operations of the Group’s Property
Development (Bandar Tasik Puteri) and Plantation -
Agricultural Services Divisions. In addition, he also oversees
the Group’s Project Management Services, General
Administrative functions, Human Capital Development /
Management & Corporate Social Responsibility working
committees / programs.
He is also a member of the Executive Committee of AP
Land Group. Mr Low Gee Soon is also an executive director
and/or substantial shareholder of several private limited
companies in the Low Yat Group which are principally
involved in property development, property investment and
management and hotel business.
He is the brother of Mr Low Gee Tat, Mr Low Gee Teong
and Mdm Low Su Ming. Mr Low Gee Tat, Mr Low Gee
Teong and Mr Low Gee Soon and their father, Tan Sri Datuk
Seri Low Yow Chuan are deemed substantial shareholders
of the Company. |

| Mr Lee Kok Wah |
|
Project / Construction Management Services
Mr Lee Kok Wah, aged 56, a Malaysian, graduated with a
Bachelor of Science (Housing, Building & Planning) Honours
Degree from the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and is a
member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr Lee joined AP Land Group on 2 May 2002 and is presently
responsible for the project and construction management
of the Group’s flagship development, Bandar Tasik Puteri
in Rawang and ‘myHabitat’ Serviced Residences Project in
Kuala Lumpur. He has extensive experience in the field of
Property Development and Project Management for more
than 30 years having successfully managed and completed
a variety of projects ranging from commercial, residential,
industrial, resorts & holiday homes both locally and overseas.
He was also the General Manager in the property division
of several public listed property development companies in
Malaysia for 20 years.
Prior to his present position Mr Lee was inter-alia the Senior
General Manager of the property division of a public listed
company in Malaysia and Vice-President (Projects) for its
Philippines subsidiary and directly responsible for the project
management and construction activities for the planning
and construction of an integrated development comprising
hotels, casinos and commercial development. |

| Mr Sadasivan Nanu Panicker |

Director, Plantation - Agricultural Services Division
Oil Palm Plantation, East Kalimantan, Indonesia
Mr Sadasivan, aged 68, a Malaysian, who possess a Plantation Management qualification from Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia
(RRIM) & Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) respectively and a Certificate in Modern Management Practices – Alexander
Hamilton Institute, USA, is responsible for strategic planning & direction, business development, management and operations of the
Group’s Oil Palm Plantation in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
He has in excess of 36 years of related working experience in the Plantation industry both in Malaysia and Indonesia. Mr Sadasivan
had served for 19 years as the General Manager, Planting Advisor and President Director / Managing Director (Indonesian Operation)
for one of Malaysia’s largest public listed plantation group. In another plantation company in Indonesia, he was the Head of Agronomy,
Audit & Advisory Division for 43 estates throughout Sumatra & was also the Vice President (Agronomy Division) for East and South
Kalimantan. Prior to joining AP Land Group, he was attached to M.P. Evans Group as Operations Director based in Indonesia. |

| Mr Siew Weng Kong |

Mr Siew Weng Kong, aged 53, a Malaysian, holds a Master’s
Degree in Science majoring in Total Quality Management
from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom and
Bachelor’s Degree in Science majoring in Mechanical
Engineering from La Salle University, Mandeville, Louisiana. He has in excess of 22 years of working experience in
Property Development and Management both in Malaysia
and abroad, having served in many large and reputable
organisations including the Low Yat Group.
He is presently assigned to the Group’s Mixed Development
Project in Changshu, China being directly responsible for
project positioning / implementation, marketing / sales,
business performance / operations / administration and
property management. |

| Mr Choy Meng Chek |
|
Bandar Tasik Puteri
Mr Choy Meng Chek, aged 50, a Malaysian, holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Construction
Management & Economics) and Diploma in Civil
Engineering. Prior to joining AP Land Group, he had 11
years of working experience in Civil Works environment and
15 years in Property Development with emphasis on Project
Management from inception until completion; achieving
project triple objectives in terms of time, cost and quality.
He is presently assigned to the Group’s Township
Development in Rawang, Bandar Tasik Puteri, being
directly responsible for project positioning / implementation,
marketing / sales, business performance / operations /
administration and property management. |

| Mdm Chan Kam Lye |
|
| Mdm Chan Kam Lye, aged 48, a Malaysian, is an Associate
Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries
and Administrators (MAICSA). She is responsible for the
company secretarial functions of the Group. She joined
the Group in 1988 as a Company Secretary and was later
appointed as a Joint Company Secretary of AP Land in
1992. Prior to joining the Group, she was attached to a firm
providing share registration services. |
| Ms Tan Bee Lian |

| Ms Tan Bee Lian, aged 41, a Malaysian, is an Associate
member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries And Administrators (MAICSA). She was appointed as a
Joint Company Secretary of AP Land Group on 9 May 2007.
She joined the Group in 1998 as a Company Secretaria
Officer. Prior to joining the Group, she was attached to a
firm providing company secretarial services. She has held
the post of Company Secretary of several private limited
companies in the Low Yat Group from year 2000 to 2007. |
